"Catholics & Friends" is a family-oriented community of believers and friends seeking God's will for each of us through regular study of Sacred Scripture to supplement our practice of Sacred Tradition.

We are adults of all ages who rely on the Holy Spirit to help us discern God's will for us through regular study and mutual encouragement.  We respect the unambiguous consensus interpretation of Sacred Scripture and Sacred Tradition provided by early Church Fathers.  We also appreciate the contributions made by those who can trace their authority through apostolic succession and have remained faithful to the teachings of Jesus Christ and His Church.

We believe that Sacred Scripture (from Genesis through Revelation) is the inerrant Word of God and that God gave us His Word as a guide for daily living.  Of course, the Catholics among us would say that means "We believe in God, the Father almighty, Creator of Heaven and earth and in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord, Who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate; was crucified, died, and was buried.  He descended into Hell.  The third day He rose again from the dead.  He ascended into Heaven, and sits at the right hand of God, the Father almighty.  From there he shall come again to judge the living and the dead.  We believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy Catholic Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and life everlasting."

We are blessed with inspiring presentations and discussions at our regular Friday evening sessions as we learn how to apply our faith and accept God's blessings.  Our study session time is invested listening, discussing, and learning.

"Catholics & Friends" welcomes all ages of married couples and single adults to our Bible Study and discussion.  We invite you to join us in experiencing God's love as we study His Word.
